- Owned and used the car for 6 months prior to your personal departure or the cars departure
- You must be moving to the UK to live for a minimum of 6 months
- The vehicle must arrive in the UK within 6 months of your arrival in the UK
- You can’t sell the vehicle for 1 year after arrival in the UK
