Although I didn’t end up using them (my work took over managing a customs clearance), I wanted to review them based on their customer service which I was grateful for. Brent reached out and provided me comprehensive information to help me navigate a confusing and stressful situation with commercial goods being confiscated at Auckland airport. Highly recommended! After getting a few quotes from other companies, I chose to utilise Rocket Freight. Not only were they the receiving party for my freight that came from the US couple of years ago, but they were the most competitive in terms of pricing for my freight to go back to the US and also with a significantly reduced transit time (most other companies stated approximately 4-months to the US - East Coast, whereas Rocket Freight have indicated approximately 40-days)! These guys removed a lot of the stress of moving from NZ to USA. I did a LOT of research before choosing Rocket Freight. The pricing was competitive, they were super responsive, and all of my > 20 boxes arrived (roughly) on time. My expectations were pretty well managed throughout.
