  • Competitors quote must be provided for the 5% reduction to be applied, same incoterms, routing, mode (where possible), service level must be the same
  • Insurance not included in the promotion
  • Valid for commercial shipments only – to registered NZ businesses
  • Excludes personal effects, dangerous goods cargo, over-sized/over-length cargo, RORO, vehicles or perishables, HIAB or special equipment deliveries
  • Any customs inspections, quarantine inspections/treatments, storage, duties/taxes are excluded and not applicable to this offer
  • Exchange rate at the time of shipment via our service may vary from quotation provided from competitor
  • Competitor will be beaten on original quotation only – cannot be further reduced if they provide rebuttal.
  • Rocket Freight have the right to send shipment via routing other than what competitor provided to maintain service levels and will strive to keep transit time to similar level as competitor.
  • Offer is not applicable to current Rocket Freight customers.
  • Excludes quotations already provided to current/prospective Rocket Freight customers.
  • Rocket Freight have the right to decline the 5% reduction due to effects outside of our control – we will offer free customs clearance services on shipment if we cannot proceed at the reduced shipping rate
